Prinables: MISC.

 

I made these mainly in black and white to print off to put in picture frames throughout the year. If you click on the picture itll pop up the full size view. then you can print it. they’re big enough for 8×10 photo frames but you can change the size when you print on most printer preferences! I printed mine on colored cardstock to give it a little {pop} 🙂 I cant wait to hang these in our new house!!!

design your own saying, you can even do this on the paint application that usually comes on all computers. then save it and open it as a photo- this gives you options when you print as to which size you want it so itll fit in your frame-

print & place in frame- I dont have mine in a frame yet because we’re in the process of moving soon, and I already packed them all 😦 so im keeping them in a folder in my everything else & home binder 🙂 {ill be posting how to make one soon!}

BE ACTIVE. BE HEALTHY

I’ve been trying to get healthy and stay healthy this last year. I feel that i’ve definitely been doing better. I even hit my “healthy” BMI stage last week.

my next task?

run. run. run.

I use to love to run and walk. A few months ago my fiance and I were going to the gym almost everyday (minus weekends) and I was so proud of us. However, since I started back to work I have been working nights and so the nights I am off we end up staying home together so we can see each other. Granted, there shouldnt be an excuse.

I found this site trainer.active.com this is what I like about it:

  • You can purchase training plans (like a pre-planned out schedule for you) for $10-20 ( i havent done that yet)
  • You can log what you do everyday, like if you do situps or pushups or run
  • You can log your weight and heartbeat ect for the day as well

then it puts it in a graph for you so you can see how youre doing and what works for you,
you dont have to pay for the charts ect

also, you can see local events in your area, like marathons and walks to support causes ect… Theres alot more that I havent mentioned, but im new at it so im just figuring it all out,

check it out if one of your goals is to get in shape and be healthy!!!

Weight Loss

Today, for the first time (as far as i know) my BMI says im healthy 🙂
I cant even begin to tell you how happy I am.

I’ve had to kids in the last 2 years. Back to Back.
my timeline:
July 2009– found out I was pregnant.
April 2010– had baby Justyn
June 2010- I had lost all the baby weight, and then I found out I was pregnant again,
**Dear birth control pill users, or future users, it takes a month for the pill to be effective, I didnt know this**
February 2011– had baby Bradley

its taken me a year, of back and forthness*(if thats even a word)* to get to where I am
I may not admit it often, but quite frankly, I worked my ass off. and walked it off literally.
I’ve lost over 70lbs now this time around and even more when I had Justyn 🙂
I weigh 145 now 🙂

Im proud of myself. and it feels so good to be able to say that.
I feel like I lost myself in weight and found myself all over again 🙂
its such a great feeling.
